Project Overview

Verve is a motion and visual effects studio with an award-winning reel. Their old portfolio was slow, hard to update and buried the best projects behind long introductions.

They wanted a site that lets the work speak first and turns admiring visitors into real project briefs.

The Challenge

Video-heavy, high-resolution projects usually mean slow pages. We had to show the work at full quality while keeping the site fast on every device.

The studio also publishes new projects every month, so updating the portfolio needed to take minutes rather than a developer day.

Our Approach

We designed a calm, gallery-like layout where images lead and text supports. Every project follows the same simple story: the brief, the idea and the result, ending with a clear invitation to start a brief.

  • Portfolio structure and content model
  • Gallery-led layouts and subtle motion
  • Image optimization and performance budget

What We Delivered

The new site was built in Webflow with a project CMS, filterable categories and a short brief form that qualifies leads before the first call.

  • Responsive Webflow portfolio
  • Filterable project CMS
  • Guided project brief form

Final Result

Pages now load in 1.2 seconds, three in four visits come from mobile, and inbound briefs have tripled. The studio adds new work in minutes and no longer relies on outside help.
