These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits the Everglow website or works with Everglow Studio (“Everglow”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site, sending a project enquiry or signing a proposal, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Everglow is a creative studio based in Barcelona, offering branding, marketing and digital design services to businesses worldwide.
Where a signed proposal or statement of work says something different, that document takes priority over these general terms.
We provide brand strategy, visual identity, advertising, content, market research, and website design and development. The scope, deliverables and timeline of every engagement are set out in a written proposal before any work begins.
Work outside the signed proposal is quoted separately and only starts after your written approval.
Articles, case studies and examples on this site are general information. They are not an offer or professional advice for your business.
Every project starts with a proposal that lists fees, milestones and payment dates. Proposals stay valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
Your project is scheduled once we receive the signed proposal and a 50% deposit, unless we agree a different plan in writing.
Invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts until the balance is settled.
Fonts, stock licenses, hosting, ad spend and printing are billed at cost or paid by you directly, never hidden inside our fees.
Great work depends on good collaboration. To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:
Share consolidated feedback and approvals within the timeframes agreed in the project plan.
Provide content, logos, data and account access that you own or have permission to use.
Choose a single point of contact who can approve work on behalf of your team.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, including the logos, layouts, copy and source files listed in your proposal.
Pre-existing methods, templates, code libraries and unused concepts remain Everglow property. You receive a license to use them within your project.
Fonts, photography and plugins stay under their own licenses, which we transfer to you wherever possible.
We may show finished work in our portfolio and award entries unless you ask us not to in writing.
We treat every brief, document and conversation as confidential and share it only with the team members and partners who need it to deliver your project. In return, you agree to keep our proposals, pricing and working methods private. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any details are shared.
Each proposal states how many rounds of revisions are included at every stage of the project.
Additional rounds or a late change of direction are billed at our standard hourly rate, with an estimate shared first.
Either party may end a project with 14 days’ written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date, and the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
If a project waits more than 30 days for feedback or materials, we may reschedule it around other commitments.
We work with care, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial results such as sales, search rankings or campaign performance. To the extent the law allows, Everglow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country or State], and any dispute will be handled by its courts. We always prefer to resolve a concern through an open conversation first, so please talk to us before taking any formal steps.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new services or legal requirements. The latest version is always published on this page with its revision date, and signed proposals continue under the terms that applied when they were signed.
