Web Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a Web Developer who loves Webflow as much as we do. You will turn approved designs into fast, accessible websites, build CMS structures that clients can manage on their own and help our designers understand what is possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive Webflow sites with clean, consistent class naming.
• Set up CMS collections, filters and templates for client teams.
• Add smooth, purposeful interactions with GSAP.
• Keep every launch fast, accessible and ready for search.
• Test across browsers, devices and screen readers before handover.
• Record short walkthroughs so clients can edit with confidence.

Nice To Have

• Experience with headless CMS setups or Webflow DevLink.
• Solid JavaScript beyond animation libraries.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 and accessibility audits.
• Public projects or a GitHub profile we can browse.

Benefits

• Fully remote, with overlap hours between 10:00 and 15:00 CET.
• Home office budget for your desk, chair and screen.
• Webflow Conf plus one tech conference of your choice each year.
• Annual meet-up with the whole team in Barcelona.
• Paid time off that you are encouraged to actually take.

How To Apply

Send your resume, two or three live sites you built and, if you have one, your GitHub profile. Shortlisted candidates complete a short, paid build task.
