UX Researcher

About The Role

We are looking for a UX Researcher on a six-month contract, based in Toronto alongside our brand strategist, Daniel Kim. You will plan and run research that shapes product, website and brand decisions for clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan studies around the decisions clients need to make.
• Recruit participants and run interviews and usability tests.
• Turn findings into personas, journey maps and short reports.
• Run synthesis workshops with designers and strategists.
• Present insights to client teams with clear recommendations.
• Check whether launched changes solved the original problem.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Maze, Dovetail or Lookback.
• Comfort combining qualitative and quantitative data.
• Basic UI design skills to sketch quick concepts.
• Experience researching B2B or healthcare products.
