Growth Marketer

About The Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who enjoys the creative side as much as the numbers. You will plan and run campaigns for our clients, test landing pages and ads, and turn results into clear recommendations our designers can act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan paid and organic campaigns across search, social and email.
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, ads and onboarding flows.
• Build dashboards that show clients what is working at a glance.
• Brief designers and writers on new hooks and formats.
• Improve funnels from the first click to a booked call.
• Share monthly insights with clients and the wider team.

Nice To Have

• Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Comfort with SQL or Looker Studio.
• Experience in B2B or e-commerce growth.
• Knowledge of email automation tools such as Klaviyo.
