Many teams open a design tool before they understand who they are designing for. The result looks good but confuses users. Good UX begins with research, clear goals, and honest questions.
A beautiful interface that people cannot use is just an expensive picture.
UX is not only about buttons and menus. It is about removing friction between a visitor and what they came to do, whether that means finding information, booking a call, or making a purchase.
Know the User's Goal
Start with a single question: what should a visitor be able to do within ten seconds? Design the page around that answer, and let everything else support it.
Test Early, Fix Cheaply
Show rough layouts to real people before you polish them. Problems found at the wireframe stage take minutes to fix, while the same problems found after launch take weeks.
